Neede to return faulty Ipod touch to Asda Direct it was collected efficiently. I enclosed a covering letter requesting a replacement as the model had been superseded and gone up considerably in price was told by there call centre in Capetown that the letter would have been "filed" and would not be responded to. I asked for an email address to foward the complaint to. There isn't one ! You simply cannot contact them in any other way than by mail.
