Nightmarish is not a strong enough word for what I went through last night. I simply was trying to access McAfee, via the internet, and was immediately having a conversation with someone with very broken english. I had a simple ? about my account with McAfee. I was told that they could help me with it and was asked to fill in info. they put on the screen. I said I only had a question and he said that it was necessary to fill it out.
