I purchased the Chanel J12 replica watch. Unfortunately I was sent the rose gold bezel model when I had definitely ordered the yellow gold. OK we all make mistakes, therse things happen . I contacted them about the mistake. In spite of several emails NO ONE has had the courtesy to get back to me. I have tried all possible addresses.
