I went to a Regis salon for a haircut, and nothing more. My own hair was about shoulder length and I requested a short bob style. There was a large photo of a beautiful short bob displayed on the wall, as is common with salons. I told my stylist that the displayed cut was just what I wanted. The style was not a perfectly even cut. The back was a little shorter than the front/sides, and had a slight wedge effect at the back.
