I contacted IBSN for filing my tax returns and they gave me an estimate after which they made me pay $350 towards proceeding to file my returns. When the tax document was prepared, I was not satisfied with what was uploaded and wanted to cancel my filing with IBSN. But after repeated phone calls, they refused to cancel my payment, even though the policy on IBSN website mentions very clearly that the customer can cancel the filing process whenever he wishes to and IBSN shall immediately reverse any excess fees that it charged earlier... read full review »
