I placed an order on March 1, 2011. A day later, I got an email saying my order shipped. The ETA they provide is 3-4 business days. After four business days, I tried to call their customer service. I got an answering machine (that doesn't reference the company's name at all). I tried a few times to reach them, but kept getting the machine (they don't return calls either). Finally, ten days later, I get another email saying my order shipped... Wait, this was the exact email I got nine days ago. I think this company might be run out of some guy's apartment!
