i applied for a 14 day free trial of this product, only had to pay the packing and postage i very stupidly put my debit card details onto the computer. i received the product on 31/1/11, they sent an email once they had shipped it and clearly stated no money would be taken from my account unless i decided to keep the product. on the 1/2/11 they took £96.35 out of my bank account! i sent the product back on the 2/2/11 recorded delivery and also an rma code which is required when returning goods. i didnt hear from the company so alarm... read full review »
