HORRIBLE!!! Me and my husband purchased a Sealy mattress from here. Six months later both sides began to cave in 3 inches. We contacted them since it was still covered by warranty. The Ashley furniture technician came out and stated how defective it was. They would NOT replace it due to a small stain that was on it. I even asked them to show me in my papers where it stated that a stain voids your warranty, they failed to provide. When I contacted Sealy, they stated it was Ashley Furniture who had to replace it. Do not buy a mattress from here. We had to go out and purchase another one. read full review »
