I ordered the january amelia doll off of bid tv and i got called about thousand times and i kept explaining that i still hadnt got it and they kept just wanting to take my money instead of dealing with the problem. I still aint got my dolls and they took more money out of my account then what the actual price was. There is no customer service line so how are you supposed to get through to them and the people who deal with the money, none of them are english and they talk all gibberish so how can you understand what they are saying and they are rude. read full review »
