Ordered product online and paid for cost of product as well as postage. Received product within a couple of days, great, but then noticed that I had been double billed. Took up my query by calling their uk call centre, but, was advised that I best fill out a claim form on their website. This I did but have yet to hear from them. Its absolutely amazing how this is possible for a company to double charge and carry on with normal business. Absolute rip off.
