I have been shopping at the Gateway location in Winnipeg for more than 12 years now and unfortunately find myself driving to Sobeys to shop more and more. I have found with Superstore more often than not the store is dirty (the produce mirrors are filthy), you can't find helpful staff ( told to go to customer service), and the shelves are bare (how can you be out of milk or creamer??).
