The REST report is a scam out of San Diego that is run by Haffar and Associates. Googles these folks and see what fraudsters they are! Mr. Haffar does his advertising with Moe Bedard (a felon) on loansafe.org Moe is a complete shyster trying to come across as the savior of people losing their homes.
