Global eyeglasses got my order wrong - they made my computer glasses photochromic while my regular prescription for outside ( that should have got darker in sunlight) was plain. They tried to rectify the mistake but got it wrong again. Finally they said they would send correct lenses that I would have to have fitted. I agreed to this but they called at 6:00am (not very convenient or customer friendly) to renege on that promise. They said to return the glasses for a refund.
