I had purchased a pair of sandals from Exclusive showroom of Bata at Gaurav Tower, jaipur on Feb.8, 2011 . At the time of purchase they were Tan/Brown in color . I used them just for a couple of times and their color went off > Now they are neither tan/brown nor Black. I also missed the Bill of that purchased . Now guide me, what should I do ?
