Kelly Mill Middle School in South Carolina grades students far higher than they should be as well as financially requesting outrageous funding from parents. They are a private funded school (charging in the range of $8000 a year) and they request that parents buy markers, pens, pencils, tape, paper, notebooks, etc. They also requested that a student D.C. bus trip be paid for a year in advance at $1500 a student (as well as requesting that students' lunch money be provided).
