They offer home loan & mortgage products which they have no intention of giving the customer. You pay the regular fees to apply, then they tell you are not eligible. We have a credit rating over 750 & both have been at job over 7 years & have proof of other income & still coulld not get a loan product. It was blatant fraud! We requested a refund and were denied.
