i have been with viptel mobile for 5 months now and i have not been able to txt since day one. the txt's that are not beong sent are saying they are and i am still being charged for them. i have rung customer service over and over with no positive results. when i asked for a supervisor to call me back i waited 2 weeks before i had to call them back. i have made a complaint to the ito and still they are in no hurry to fix the problem. i never recieved the rewards card i was meant to recieve and about to try and redeem the laptop i was told... read full review »
