Hello, I have seen some support for this company in these messages. You have been lucky so far. Let me explain. Both me and my spouse have no unsecured debt and both have credit scores over 800. We make all of our payments early and did not exceed our budget when we bought our modest home. We have never missed a payment in 7 years. The transistion from Chase to LBPS went smoothly and we have made 5 payments to them withoug a hitch. No problems with escrow either.
