On January 17, 2011, I purchased four new tires for my car from Mavis Discount Tires AKA Cole Muffler. They neglected to replace the lug nuts on my front, driver side tire, in which, driving away (2 blocks from their store) my tire flew off into traffic causing my car to slam down onto my rotor, damaging the rotor, studs, front fender and flare, not to mention emotional damage to me.
