Friday afternoon this company took 2 payments out of my bank account for my car. My automatic draft is set up to where they take payments out on the 16th, it was the 10th. I called and they have no idea where the money is and are now saying I have a payment due on the 16th. I have faxed them my itemized bank statement twice which CLEARLY states WU Credit Acceptance took these out of my account and the RUDE lady says, "I just don't see it, we can't refund your money." My awesome bank is going to help me as much as possible, dealing with these cranky people, but honestly now I wish I would not have purchased this car! read full review »
