I dropped my laptop and the screen was damaged. After downloading the repair manual from Dell.com for my model, I was confident I could repair or replace my LCD. Bliss had the best price online for my model. I drove from NYC to their location and paid cash for the LCD. I brought the screen home to install. The screen worked but was dim. I called and was told to bring it in. I brought it in the following week. They saw that the screen was dim and provided a replacement on the spot. Even providing tools.
