Wanted £250 upfront to put a timeshare property on their website... But refused to send out ant form of communication in regards to acknowledgement of agreement, terms and conditions etc. Not even an e-mail, never mind an actual real contract of some sort... The standard should "apparently" be that you pay no money up front and any monies due (commission, etc...) is taken out of the sale value.
