About 4:30 p.m. we went into the Applebee's on Dorothy Lane, near the corner of Kettering Blvd. We hd a very nice young man, but the table we were seated at had a dirty tabl, he tried to clean off, but it kept getting worse instead of better. The npkins stuck to it, as well as the menu's, and if you put your arm down it had to be peeled off.
