Inspectors from Assurant Property inspections do not have to be trained. All the inspectors are required to do is to go out and make sure either the home repairs have been finished, or are in the process of being finished and estimate how much of the damage still needs to be repaired. Thats all. They are not a licensed real eastate or insurance inspector.
