For the past two months I have been trying to resolve a billing query. My cell phone contract was suspended, paid up and immediately after payment permanently deactivated by Cell C. I called to inform them of this in February and I was told that I should give 7 days for the payment to reflect on their side and then my line will be reconnected. This did not happen.
