My elderly mother, 88 was debited twice for subscription for her weekly newspaper. We have been trying to resolve this since November 2010. No joy! She is a pensioner and every cent is important. They promised to pay it back into her account. Needless to say it did not happen. She is hard of hearing and every time I phone they say it has been noted on her account, waitng for accounts department. There are now 7 notes on her subscription no.
