They started installing our kitchen in April, '05. It is January, '06 and it is still not complete. They cannot get the order correct. We are still missing pieces. The installation department has forgotten about us. Our sales person, Scott, has never called to follow up - he took his money & ran. I am now trying to get help from Lowes corporate office and local attention to the matter. This is the worst customer service I have come across in a long time! I would recommend anyone looking for kitchen renovation in the South Tampa area to stay away from Lowes and go to Home Depot -- I wish I had! read full review »
