Hotwire=Bad Business I recently made a rental car reservation, but had to cancel the entire trip. Hotwire REFUSED to cancel the reservation. Not only did they refuse to work with me about the reservation, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. At one point I had to ask the rude agent (Chris # 1888) if he was serious when he said his "system" would not allow me to hold for a supervisor.
