Today, 3/15/2011, I walked into CVS #2119 in a rush, and approached the short haired elderly clerk asking nicely if she could give me 3 dollar bills for 3 dollars worth of quarters. I was shocked to have the clerk deny this request, saying how she couldnt open the register. As a previous CVS employee I KNOW this is false. I used to assist people in similar situations all the time because it was the right thing to do. However, this situation was incredibly insulting the way she refused to assist me.
