January 3rd I shipped a diamond Lucien Piccard ladies watch into WatchRepairsUSA. After 2 months of their "service" and numerous e-mails I received a watch that can be bought on e-bay for $63, a watch that has no diamonds whatsoever. I consider them professional crooks because when I sent my watch into them I included the original box which contained all the warranty information as well as the certificate of authenticity and even the original sales receipt.
