A medical lab tech, (MLT) named Kay, at St. James Medical Center, located at 1101 Moulton and Parsons Drive, St. James, Minnesota is reporting that she is performing QC's on Blood Banking work at the hospital. This woman is signing legal medical documents that she does QC's as required by law. She does not.
