Store sold me a hamster cage that was destroyed by the hamster: she got out 3 times. I had the receipt and the cage went in within a month of buying the cage and they said they could not do anyhthing. I CALLED PETSMART AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND ME OR EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER CAGE PETCO DOES NOT CARE IF YOUR PETS CAN GET INJURED THROUGH ESCAPING. read full review »
