I estimate i was owed 30, 000.00 Newzealand dollars off Mr Kevin . G. E. Smith . I attend the District Court and later learnt the judge was a rogue judge. I was not allowed to be my on council but Mr Smith was. My lawyer lost my case deliberately, charged 6, 000 nz dollars and i had to pay 10, 500.00 nz to Mr Smith. Smith declared himself bankrupt and the official assignee told another company that did work on Sharvin Lodge restraunt he would not be paid his 20, 000.00 nz dollars because he had put his money into his wife's name .
