We received our mothly statement showing a $35.95 charge for Trend Micro, which I can only assume is for software protection on our computer. The problem is we puchased and install Trend Micro's Titanium software in April of last year. So I am to believe this must be an automatic renewal, right? Wrong, my expiration date of the program is still 4/30/2011. Any ideas besides calling the credit card company, which will happen? read full review »
