Do not purchase or work with this company- We filled a claim with them regarding our AC and the unit needed to be replaced. After a recent storm, the unit was destroyed and the second unit started to fail. In short First American replaced the unit with a product that is incompatible with my air handlers with in the house. 2nd, installed a product that at the time of delivery was not manufactured any longer and parts are were not available.
