Received a bill for March and are regular bill last month was $70.90 This month we were charged $127.90 Called bell to ask about the over charge and they claim we asked for a feature called Internet FIBE 12. We have never asked for this service but they decided to add it, in without our permission and would not cancel it either. After getting off the phone with them my wife was harassed by there collection departments calling from a 1-800 number 5 times demanding we pay up or they will keep on calling.
