I bought a year's service from this warranty company (NHP) on Feb 2009. I had a clogging and sewage backup problem last week (March 30th 2009. They say that they are 24 hours available, but I did not get them on the phone until March 31st 9 AM. I was on hold for 15 minutes after which the representative gave number of the plumbers. When I called the plumber, he said he won't be able to do the work. I went back to the warranty company and requested another plumber who said he doesn't work in the area.
