This is the worst customer service I have ever had. My finance and I purchased my engagement and wedding band from their site. I recieved the ring on a Monday (a week late) and lost 2 side stones by that friday!! i called them and a few days after no one picked up, I got a guy who gave me the address to send it back and told me I would get a full refund for it. It has been 4 weeks since i returned the ring... I tried to call (again) to see what they would have to say and there phone line is disconnected... awful PLEASE do not buy anything from this place!! thats money ill never see again! read full review »
