I live now in Thailand since 6 Years ago. I honest hate to fly to Thai airline. But, some time I don't have any other choice, so I take Thai Airways. The phone service, terrible! Worse since there is no person ever pick up the phone, no service. I tried so many times to call them, because I need some answer. I even email them, no answer what so ever. The cannot even speak well enough english at the International Flights. Why are they working there, if they cannot even speak well enough of english? Again Terrible airline!!!
