We purchased a bicycle on a Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. We placed the pre-assembled cycle in a truck bed and transported it to our home. We took the bike out of the truck and my son got on it and put his foot on the pedal and the chain jammed. This was a floor model. The very next morning I took the bike back to the store only to find out that I could not return it, it required to be fixed. I was not happy with this but agree to have it fixed.
