It's a hopeless company to deal with. I bought a RO water purifier 2 months back and I have launched atleast 6 complaints, every time some stupid comes and is unable to solve the problem, and in last visit the representative told thAt they will exchange our piece but till now no action have been taken and rather though I received a message that ur call has been closed . The water coming from my purifier is bitter, the purifier is not being filled properly. Kind request to all do not buy any products of whirlpool u might also suffer through the same torture read full review »
