Caller tunes on the above phone not working for the last two months. complained first on 29th jan.2011, then on 12th feb, then on 23rd feb and then on 10th march and then on 12th march. Twice the line got disconnected from operator end while transferring call to the so called right person. The complaint has remained unattended till date.
