Ford Customer Relationship Center unable/unwilling to resolve issue. Had F150 towed to dealer on 3/10/11. Tech diagnosed faulty fuel pump module. Part ordered, should be in 3/11/11. Didn't come in, maybe 3/14/11. Didn't come in, in transit with unknown ETA. Didn't come in 3/15/11. Service manager at dealership couldn't offer any other information - vehicle out of warranty and no loaner vehicles available.
