product was billed to credit card for 88.91 suppose to be 8.91 called to request refund for difference was told to return product and i would be credited 49.50 ref.#1335907 1018 returned product 10/18/10. after several months waiting i contacted company to let them know my credit card number has changed and that could be the reason i haven't received refund. at this time i was told to contact [email protected] to this day i have not been contacted via email (which i supplied) nor have i rec'd phone call. read full review »
