I placed an order with Dell for a 600m laptop and after 10 weeks I am still having problems. I spent about 60 hours on the phone and was transferred from one person to a another. I sent about 40 e-mails to Dell and finally -- after 10 week's from the day I ordered it -- I finally got it working. I sent a certified letter to their main headquarters explaining my problem's about being sold more than I needed and how much time I spent on the phone.
