Planet Engine The same same thing happened to me as the other poster. They quoted a price of $1600 complete rebuild including cracked block. After a week they call late at night and run through a list of extra's totalling $1000 + making it seem like they were unaware that this repair would result in an increase. When I complained Mike said well just come get the car and we will charge $750 for towing and the teardown which they never stated I would be charged for.
