We purchased a Samsung side by side refrigerator. What a mess...DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT... We purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy. The unit has a broken "mother board". I have been trying to get it repaired for almost 2 weeks. I am told by Geek Squad that the part is ordered. When I call to confirm the part has been ordered I am told by one rep that is has.
