My netbanking was disabled in december and since then i am struggling to have it enabled. 1) i have been asked to send hand written application to the branch - done 3 times 2) then another representative PARAG AGARWAL came up with another process of filling eAGE form 3) Then 'Grievance Redressal' to follow NRI route. 4) Meanwhile PARAG AGARWAL suggested that htey are still working on my request.
