Paid $3000.00 for this bed. When company sent men to install, it was installed wrong. We had to correct this. Then, the air controller went out; they replaced. this one went out and had to be replaced again. We began getting the trench affect; where my husband & I had to sleep on our side, in our own trench. The middle of the bed was the "hump" so couldn't sleep next to each other. Their customer service replaced more parts and it did the same thing.
