I purchased a Samsung M620 in July 2010 and have encountered endless problems with the audio quality. I have sent the phone in 3 times for repairs and the problem still persists. Iam tired of being without a phone for weeks as the phone is apparently being repaired. I am now starting to wonder if the technicians even open the phone. I am very happy with my Samsung camera and DVD player but I will never buy a Samsung cellphone again. read full review »
